Hi ladies! At the ripe old age of 23, I've started to worry about the fact I'm not doing anything in particular to look after the skin around my eyes. I'm not sure if this is something I should be doing, or if all of the fancy products available just make me feel like I should. However, I decided to pick up an eye cream to see if it made me feel any better! I know most skincare products from Lush are fab, so I went and bought their Enchanted Eye Cream.
|As with most Lush products, this eye cream comes in their classic black and white recycled packaging. Instantly recognisable and looks fab on my dressing table!|
|The main ingredients of this cream are lavender honey water, organic cold pressed almond oil and organic cold pressed jojoba oil|
I don't have any wrinkles around my eyes (yet) so can't comment on if it improves in that respect, although reviews on the Lush website seem to suggest it does. I haven't been using it a particularly long time (around 2 weeks) but I've found in that time my eyes feel plumper, brighter and generally better. It's just so nice to use and feels like a real treat.
At £11.75 for 45g, I initially felt like this was quite expensive. However, when you actually think about it, you're getting quite a lot for your money as eye creams really are a luxury product. For example, Benefit It's Potent! eye cream is £22.50 for 14g, and while I don't doubt it's lovely, I'd rather spend a little less!
Do you use eye cream? What would you recommend?
